1. When working on this production line, there must be dedicated personnel responsible for each part, providing pre job training, familiarizing themselves with the operational functions of the production line, developing corresponding safety operating procedures, and providing pre job safety education to operators. Human factors can affect production safety, and workshop personnel have the responsibility to protect a safe working environment, ensure clothing and equipment safety, form a sense of personnel safety, pay attention to dangerous situations, report and discuss dangerous situations and control measures with safety supervisors.
2. Cleanliness on site is the best investment in safety, and there should be no dangerous factors such as slipping, tripping, or falling around the equipment.
3. Long hair is prohibited near sports equipment; Do not wear necklaces, do not let the cuffs hang loose, and use personal protective equipment and clothing such as safety goggles, safety helmets, safety work clothes, etc.
4. Non staff are strictly prohibited from tampering with the machine, and operators of the electrical control cabinet are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts without permission.
5. Cutting edges may have burrs, so be careful when moving and wear protective shoes to prevent sharp edges and falling objects.
6. When disconnecting the air and hydraulic pipelines, the main air and hydraulic valves should be closed and emptied.
7. Before checking for hydraulic pipe leaks, the hydraulic system pressure must be released to prevent hydraulic fluid from penetrating the skin and causing injury.
8. After each use of the equipment, cut off the power and clean and organize the equipment.
The thickness of the calibration plate material on this production line should be uniform, and it is not allowed for plates with welding points or other hard spots to run on this production line to ensure safe production.
9. If the production line is not used for a long time, the surface of each roller shaft should be treated with rust prevention, and then cleaned when it is put into use.
