High-frenquency welded pipe unit is an equipment used for producing welded steel pipes. Its working principle is to form metal coils through pressure rollers, heat them with high-frequency current, and then welded them. The following are the steps for using a high-frequency welded pipe unit correctly.
1. Confirm the production requirement.
Before using a high-frequency welded line, it is necessary to clarify the processing requirements at first, including the specifications, length, thinckness, etc.of the steel pipes.
2. Materials preparation: Prepare the metal coil according to the processing requirements, ensuring that its length, thickness, etc. meet the requirements.
3. Adjust the machine: Adjust the high-frequency welded pipe unit according to the specifications and processing requirements of the steel pipe, such as adjusting the roller spacing, current intensity and speed.
4. Roll forming: The metal coil is fed into the high-frequency welded pipe unit and formed under the pressure of the rollers.
5. High frequency current heating: The metal coil formed by rolling is heated by high-frequency current to instantly reach the welding temperature.
6. Welding: After high-frequency current heating, metal coils are welded together to form steel pipes.
7. Reduce diameter: Send the welded steel pipe into the diameter reduction unit for reduction to the required size.
In short, the correct use of high-frequency welded pipe units requires clear processing requirements, preparation of materials, adjustment of the machine, and operation according to the steps. At the same time, pay attention to safe operation to prevent accidents from occurring.
